SVIP Club Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and SVIP Club ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the SVIP Club website at svipclub.onl and the SVIP Club mobile app, including all features, games, betting markets, payment processing and customer support interactions.

Accessing any part of the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing a casino game constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full. You should read these Terms carefully before you register. If at any point you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using SVIP Club immediately.

These Terms are written in plain Pakistan English so that they are straightforward to understand. Technical legal language has been kept to a minimum. However, if any part is unclear, you are encouraged to contact SVIP Club support before proceeding.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

SVIP Club is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet or play any casino game on the platform. There are no exceptions to this rule. If you are under 18, you must not use SVIP Club under any circumstances.

By registering, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not using SVIP Club in any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally.
• You have not previously been excluded from SVIP Club or had an account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

SVIP Club reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. If a member cannot confirm they are 18 or above, the account will be suspended until verification is completed, and any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each member is permitted to hold one account on SVIP Club only. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's identity to register, or sharing login credentials with other users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

When registering, you must provide accurate personal details including your name and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. SVIP Club will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your SVIP Club account. This includes all bets placed, casino games played, deposits made and any changes to account settings. If you allow a third party to access your account and losses or other issues result from that, SVIP Club cannot be held responsible.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on SVIP Club — deposits, withdrawals and balance displays — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion required and no foreign exchange charges are applied by the platform.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets available on the deposit page. The specific methods available at any given time are shown on your account's deposit page. Availability may vary.

Deposits are processed as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Credited to your SVIP Club balance instantly upon confirmation from the provider.
• Raast: Fast transfer, typically processed within minutes after bank clearing.
• Bank Transfer: Same business day in most cases, depending on the sending bank's schedule.
• Debit/Credit Cards: Usually within a few minutes after card authorisation.

SVIP Club does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed promptly, with timing dependent on the chosen method. Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit or that have been verified on your account.

The platform reserves the right to request verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual member's standing.

5. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on SVIP Club covers cricket, football, esports and a range of other sports. Cricket markets include Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, Pakistan domestic tournaments and major international series. Football coverage includes top European leagues and international competitions.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on SVIP Club:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and the member chooses to use it.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or cancellation, the platform's rules for that specific market will apply. Generally, void bets are returned at stake. Specific rules are displayed within each betting market.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR balance upon settlement of the event. Settlement times depend on the sport and the specific market — live in-play markets settle at the end of the relevant event or period.
• SVIP Club reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on incorrect odds caused by a technical error or data feed issue. In such cases, the original stake is returned in full.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including coordinated unusual betting activity, may result in account review, bet voiding and account suspension.

6. Casino & Live Casino Rules

The SVIP Club casino includes slots, table games, video poker and live dealer games. All casino games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for standard games, and real dealer streams for live casino tables.

Each game has its own specific rules displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before playing. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles and are displayed in game information panels.

Live casino tables operate with real dealers and are subject to the same PKR balance requirements as all other platform games. Disconnection during a live game does not automatically result in a refund — the outcome of the round at the point of disconnection will apply where technically confirmed.

7. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

SVIP Club may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions and other promotional rewards to members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. General principles that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only. Eligibility criteria are stated within each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• SVIP Club reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already opted in and met the entry conditions, the bonus already credited will remain valid under the original terms.
• Misuse of promotions, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Free bet rewards, where offered, are applied to the qualifying market only and winnings returned exclude the free bet stake amount.

8. Acceptable Conduct

Members of SVIP Club are expected to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in games or betting markets. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live poker or live table games.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you do not have authorisation.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment gaming.
• Providing false identification or verification documents during the account verification process.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the issue through SVIP Club's support channel.

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban from the platform. SVIP Club takes platform integrity seriously and monitors accounts for irregular activity on a continuous basis.

9. Responsible Gaming

SVIP Club is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is for adult entertainment only and should never be used as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses. Gaming should remain a recreational activity with a fixed personal budget.

SVIP Club provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap through your account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you after a set period of time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gaming is becoming difficult to control, you can request a self-exclusion period through support. During this period, you will be unable to log in, deposit or place bets.

10. Privacy & Data

SVIP Club collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Data collected during registration and normal platform use — including your name, email address, deposit transaction records and betting history — is used solely for operating your account, processing payments and improving the platform experience. SVIP Club does not sell personal data to third parties.

All data transmission between your device and the SVIP Club platform is encrypted. Payment details entered during JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer transactions are processed directly through the respective payment provider and are not stored on SVIP Club servers.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

SVIP Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly in cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete required age or identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Use of automated tools or other means to gain an unfair advantage.
• A verified self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, funds will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

Members who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting SVIP Club support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned via the member's registered withdrawal method, provided verification requirements are met.

12. Limitation of Liability

SVIP Club provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, the platform cannot guarantee that the website or app will be free from technical issues, downtime or data errors at all times.

SVIP Club is not liable for:

• Loss of access to the platform due to internet connectivity issues on the member's side.
• Losses resulting from a member's decision to place a bet or play a casino game.
• Financial losses arising from a member sharing their login credentials with another person.
• Technical failures outside SVIP Club's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages.

In all cases, SVIP Club's maximum liability to any individual member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in PKR and not yet used in gameplay.

13. Amendments to These Terms

SVIP Club may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, members will be notified via the platform interface or by email to the registered address on their account. Continued use of SVIP Club after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
